Traveling from Springfield- 65 South to EE West. South on Hwy. 13 towards Reeds Spring. Turn right onto Hwy. 76 and follow on into Cape Fair for about 10 miles.
"The Quilted Cow" will be on your left at the corner of W.Hwy. 76 and 173 

Traveling from Branson- take Hwy. 76 to Branson West. Go Right onto Hwy 13, you will pass Walmart, at next light go to the right staying on Hwy 13. Next light go left on Hwy. 76 and follow on into Cape Fair for about 10 miles. "The Quilted Cow" will be on your left at the corner of W.Hwy. 76 and 173 

Traveling from Shell Knob-Cassville- Hwy. 39 to  Hwy. 76 towards Cape Fair. As you enter Cape Fair "The Quilted Cow" will be on your right on the coner of Hwy. 76 and 173
