Groups Questions

Yes, if you are coming in with a large group, please let us know so that we may have extra help on hand. There is bus & RV parking and pull through.

We enjoy traveling and meeting wonderful quilters! We will travel to your location and set up a mini shop and demo/program. We can even do a workshop!

Online Ordering Questions

For phone or website orders: Orders of in-stock merchandise will be sent out within 5 business days.
(Not applicable to Facebook Live Orders)

For Facebook Live Orders, orders ship on Mondays unless there is a holiday.

Our products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an in-store or website credit. Items must be unopened and in new condition. Any shipping on returns will be at the expense of the buyer or you may return items in store. A shipping confirmation is recommended, as we cannot be responsible for items lost by the post office. Along with your return, please include a copy of your receipt.

Facebook Live Questions

Please claim by using "MINE + keyword" shown on the card for each item. By claiming you have every intention of following through with your purchase.

Your account must be in good standing in order to claim limited items.

Invoices are sent throughout the day Thursday using PayPal to the email address you are registered under. No PayPal account is necessary.

Invoices must be paid by Saturday morning.

If you do not receive an invoice, please contact us on Friday at orders@thequiltedcow.com.

Orders ship on Mondays unless there is a holiday.
